Today's episode was inspired by a walk that I took when I realized that my mind had been in so many different places EXCEPT for in the present moment on my walk. You deserve time to yourself, you deserve to incorporate things into your life that bring you joy, you deserve to be more than just a vessel of productivity and task completion.

  • How to prioritize things that you enjoy in your life
  • How to break free of the "dinner before dessert" or "work hard, play hard" mentality
  • How to stop filling every empty moment in your calendar with meaningless & mundane tasks
