Bria Wannamaker

Bria Wannamaker (she/her) is a Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for total mind-body-soul wellness. She is an entrepreneur with many interests; after her work owning her side hustle as a Personal Trainer, she shifted gears to practicing psychotherapy full-time. She hosts The Better Boundaries Podcast and loves learning and sharing information and philosophies via connection with others. She's a proud dog mom and values getting outdoors everyday for exercise and movement. Bria strongly believes that everyone has unique gifts and experiences and that in order to access these gifts and to align with our purpose, we have to get quiet, still, and create energetic boundaries between the noise and societal conditioning and programming that constantly surrounds us. She believes that we can do this by taking alone time, discussing our feelings with others, and by meditation and relaxation practices.
